I went on a Saturday morning around 10 am, and the trail was packed! So many joggers, bikers, and families strolling along the miles of trails. The trail is relatively flat but alternates between sand, gravel, concrete, and boardwalk…The trail dips beneath several highways and wraps around the South Austin shore…. one of the prettiest views of the city! There were several spots along the trail to rent paddleboards/kayaks if you’re interested in getting in the water. A must-see for those looking to enjoy the beautiful Austin weather!”
